Despite time being granted
repeatedly to the learned Standing
Counsel, no response has been
received.
Under judgement and order dated
16th January, 2013 passed in
(Ashish Mishra vs. State of U.P. &
others), petitioner-appl ­ icants were
permitted to submit their
applications by 24th January, 2013,
such applications could not be
lodged because of the Website
through which online applications
could be made in terms of the
advertisement, was closed.
In such circumstances, this Court
has no otheroption but to direct
that the applications of the
petitioners-app ­ licants may be
filed on or before 31st January,
2013. For the purpose respondent
no.1 shall ensure that today itself
directions are issued for the
Website being reopened for
acceptance of the fresh
applications. This order will govern
all the petitioners whose writ
petitions were disposed of in terms
of the order dated 16th January,
2013 passed in Civil Misc. Writ
Petition No.65811 of 2012 (Ashish
Mishra vs. State of U.P. & others).
This application is disposed of.
